How Pop Ads Agency collects, uses, shares and protects personal information submitted through this website and in the course of providing advertising services.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by {ADD VERIFIED LEGAL ENTITY} trading as Pop Ads Agency ("we", "us", "our"), registered in {ADD JURISDICTION} under company number {ADD REGISTRATION NUMBER}, with its registered address at {ADD REGISTERED ADDRESS}.
For the personal information described in this policy, we act as the data controller in respect of our own website visitors and enquirers. Where we handle personal data inside a client's advertising account on that client's instructions, we generally act as a processor on their behalf, under the terms of the service agreement.
Contact for privacy matters: {ADD VERIFIED CONTACT EMAIL}.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to popadsagency.com and to personal information we handle when providing advertising management services. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, or to a client's own privacy practices in relation to the leads and customers they collect.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry details submitted through forms on this site: first name, work email address, telephone number (optional), website address, indicated monthly advertising spend range, primary objective, plan of interest and any free-text message.
- Consent record: the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the time at which the form was submitted.
- Client and onboarding information, where you become a client: contact details for the people we work with, billing details, account access details and the commercial information needed to run campaigns.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 10.
We do not deliberately collect special category data (such as health, ethnicity, religious or political information) and ask that you do not include any in free-text fields.
4. How we use information, and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and your consent where required.
- To provide the services you have contracted for — performance of a contract.
- To invoice, keep accounting records and meet tax obligations — legal obligation.
- To secure the website and prevent spam or abuse, including the hidden anti-spam field on our forms — legitimate interests in protecting our systems.
- To measure and improve the website — consent, where analytics or advertising cookies are used.
- To send service updates or marketing, where you have asked for them or where permitted by law — consent, or legitimate interests in marketing to existing business customers. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
5. Advertising, measurement and third-party platforms
Our services involve advertising platforms — principally Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — and may involve measurement tools on client websites. Where we implement or operate such tools:
- They are configured in the client's own accounts, under the client's control and instructions.
- The client remains responsible for their own consent notices, cookie banners and privacy disclosures to their visitors.
- Each platform processes data under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
On this website, advertising or analytics technologies are only loaded where you have consented to them.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only where necessary, and under appropriate contractual protections, with categories of recipient including:

9. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal information; have inaccurate information corrected; have information erased; restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing; receive your information in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, contact {ADD VERIFIED CONTACT EMAIL}. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies, needed for the site to function and to keep it secure. These do not require consent.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through {ADD CONSENT TOOL OR BROWSER INSTRUCTIONS}, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
