The angles run dry
Performance fades because the account has made the same argument for three months. When creative sits under a separate contract, testing moves at the speed of a calendar rather than a market.
Meta Ads + Google Ads, managed end to end
Pop Ads Agency writes the argument, makes the ads, buys the media and takes the daily decisions — across Meta and Google, inside your own accounts, for one flat monthly fee.

Why accounts stall
It's the distance between the people making the ads and the people spending the money. Close that gap and the same budget behaves differently.
Performance fades because the account has made the same argument for three months. When creative sits under a separate contract, testing moves at the speed of a calendar rather than a market.
Impressions, reach, a screenshot of the dashboard. None of it answers the only question that matters on Monday morning: what changes this week, and why that.
A designer, a freelance buyer and a reporting tool produce three opinions and no decision. Meanwhile the account drifts, and the budget goes out regardless.
Who it's for, and what runs
The loop is the same whoever you are. What changes is which part of it is holding you back, and whether the demand you need already exists.
The owner is also the marketing department. You do not need another dashboard login or a list of things to approve — you need someone to own the channel end to end and tell you plainly whether it is working.
You compete on trust and craft, not on price, and a cheap-looking ad costs you more than it earns. The creative has to look like the business, and the buying has to respect a radius rather than a country.
Several markets, several languages, one brand standard. The constraint is creative volume and a buying discipline that survives translation — without a different agency inventing a different tone in every country.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram reward the strongest argument, not the biggest bid. We turn customer language into distinct angles, produce the statics and video to test them properly, then let spend follow whatever wins.
Google Ads
Someone typing your service into Google has already decided they need it. The job is to be there, say the right thing, and stop paying for the searches that were never going to buy.
What you actually get
Any agency can promise a return. Almost none will put a specific, falsifiable commitment in writing and refund you for missing it. These are ours.
Production runs on your plan's published volume, so the account never waits on a separate design contract to try a different argument.
Campaigns are checked every working day against agreed guardrails. A combination that stops earning gets changed that week, not next month.
What was tested, what moved, what it means and what happens next — written for a founder, not for another marketer.
Work happens inside your own ad accounts. If we part ways you keep the campaign history, the learnings and every asset produced for your brand.
If we have not delivered the work we described in the first 30 days, every service fee comes back. Ad spend sits with Meta and Google, so that part is not ours to refund.
The operating loop
Every cycle has a job: understand the constraint, test one clear idea, record what it taught you, then put budget behind what earned it. The loop is identical on Meta and Google — only the levers differ.
Offer, funnel, account history, customer language, competitors and measurement setup — before anything is launched.
Distinct messages and formats go live against agreed success criteria and sensible spend limits.
Signal is separated from noise, the outcome is written down, and it shapes the next round instead of being forgotten.
Proven combinations get more room, and creative is refreshed before fatigue quietly erodes performance.
Proof, handled responsibly
Screenshots without context are decoration. Every result we publish carries the objective, the period, the commercial context and a note that outcomes vary.
Objective, timeframe, spend context, what changed and a link to the full write-up.
A short, specific quote with full name, role, company and written permission to publish.
Every logo links to the article or feature it refers to — never to a homepage or an unexplained badge.
Flat monthly plans
Your plan fee is priced on creative capacity, so it does not rise when your budget does. Start with one channel and add the second whenever the account is ready for it.
Starter
$395 USD / month
One channel. For combined monthly ad budgets below $3,000.
Second channel: $149/month + 5% of combined spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee
Discuss StarterPro
$799 USD / month
One channel. For combined monthly ad budgets below $10,000.
Second channel: $149/month + 5% of combined spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee
Discuss ProMax
$1,995 USD / month
One channel. For combined monthly ad budgets above $10,000.
Second channel: $149/month + 5% of combined spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee
Discuss MaxSecond channel: $149 a month on any plan, plus 5% of combined ad spend above $10,000 a month, and never more than your plan fee. Below $10,000 the 5% is zero, so Starter and Pro accounts pay a flat $149. Advertising spend paid to Meta and Google is separate from the service fee. Compare the plans in full.
We will not promise you a result — your offer, your market and what happens after the click are not ours to control, and any agency that promises otherwise is guessing. What we will promise is the work: the deliverables in your plan, on the rhythm we set out, in your own ad accounts. If we have not delivered that in the first 30 days, say so and every service fee you have paid comes back.
Before you enquire
If your account or offer needs a more specific answer, bring it to the call.
Ask a specific questionService fees. If in the first 30 days of a new plan we have not delivered the work described in that plan, ask in writing and every fee you have paid us comes back. Advertising spend is excluded, because it is paid by you directly to Meta and Google and never passes through us — no agency can refund money it never held. Full terms are on the terms page.
No — they are promises about different things. Results depend on your offer, your market, your prices and what happens after the click, none of which we control. The work does not: the angles, the ads, the campaign build, the daily decisions and the reporting are entirely ours. So we guarantee the work and refuse to guarantee the result. Any agency doing the reverse has it backwards.
If people already search for what you sell, Google usually pays back faster because the intent is already there. If almost nobody searches for it, Meta has to create the demand first. Most accounts eventually need both — Google to capture what exists, Meta to grow what doesn't. The strategy call will tell you which one to start with, and it is often not the one people expect.
Your plan fee is flat and never rises with your budget. One charge is spend-linked, and it is the same rule on every plan: adding a second channel costs $149 a month plus 5% of any combined ad spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee. Below $10,000 that 5% is zero, so most accounts pay a flat $149. We would rather point at the exception than claim a purity we do not have. Full pricing.
No. The monthly service fee is paid to Pop Ads Agency; your advertising budget is paid separately to Meta and Google from your own payment method. Keeping them separate means you always see exactly what the media cost and what the management cost.
Your plan includes produced static and video ads, so no. Existing brand assets still help with authenticity. If a campaign calls for creators, product samples or location filming, that work is confirmed as included or quoted separately before production starts.
You do. Campaigns are built and managed inside your own Meta and Google accounts, creative is submitted for approval before launch, and the work produced for your brand stays yours. Access roles and asset ownership are confirmed in the agreement.
