Google Ads management

Your best customers are already searching. The only question is what they find.

Search, Performance Max and YouTube run as one account: keyword discipline that stops you paying for the wrong clicks, conversion tracking checked before spend rather than after, and budget that follows evidence.

Start with fit

Google works when someone is already looking.

Search advertising captures demand rather than creating it. If nobody is typing your category into Google yet, the honest answer is to build that demand on Meta first.

Google is likely right for you if…

  • People search for your service, product or category by name.
  • You sell something with a clear commercial trigger — a problem, a deadline, a location.
  • You can answer an enquiry quickly enough to convert it.
  • A single new customer is worth meaningfully more than a click costs.

Start elsewhere if…

  • Your category is genuinely new and nobody searches for it yet.
  • Your website cannot yet take an enquiry or a sale reliably.
  • Conversion tracking has never been set up, and there is no budget to fix it.
  • Your margin cannot support competitive click prices in your market.

Not sure which applies? Compare it with Meta Ads, or bring the question to the call.

What's included

The work behind every search campaign.

Google punishes neglect faster than Meta does — budgets drain into the wrong searches quietly, and a broken conversion tag can hide it for weeks. This is the work that stops that happening.

Account & tracking audit

Before spend: what is being measured, whether it is measured correctly, and which historic decisions were made on numbers that were never real.

Keyword & search-term research

The terms worth buying, the terms worth avoiding, and how much commercial intent sits behind each — mapped to what you actually sell.

Campaign architecture

Search, Performance Max and YouTube structured around one commercial objective, with the campaign types in your plan built to work together rather than bid against each other.

Ad copy & assets

Responsive search ads, headlines and descriptions written against real search intent, plus sitelinks and the asset types each campaign format needs.

Negative keyword discipline

The unglamorous work that saves the most money: reviewing what people actually typed and excluding the searches that were never going to buy.

Reporting & ownership

Weekly reporting that ends in a decision, inside your own Google Ads account, so the history and the learnings stay with you.

The operating loop

Same method. Different levers.

On Meta the lever is the argument. On Google it is the match between what someone typed and what they land on. The loop that finds it is identical.

Diagnose

Tracking accuracy, account history, search-term waste, competitor presence and what a customer is actually worth.

Test

Campaign types, keyword themes, ad messages and landing destinations, against agreed success criteria.

Learn

Search-term reports read properly: which queries earned money, which quietly drained it, and what that implies.

Scale

Budget follows the terms and campaign types that convert, while the negative list keeps the rest from creeping back.

Flat monthly plans

Pick the tier from your budget, the channel from your demand.

The same three tiers cover Meta and Google, and the second channel is priced the same way on all of them: $149 a month, plus 5% of combined ad spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee.

Starter

$395 USD / month

For combined monthly ad budgets below $3,000.

Second channel: $149/month + 5% of combined spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee

Discuss Starter
  • Search campaigns
  • Keyword and negative keyword management
  • Responsive search ads and sitelinks
  • Daily campaign optimisation
  • Email, live chat and phone support
  • 30-day money-back guarantee

Max

$1,995 USD / month

For combined monthly ad budgets above $10,000.

Second channel: $149/month + 5% of combined spend above $10,000, capped at your plan fee

Discuss Max
  • Search, Performance Max and YouTube
  • Keyword and negative keyword management
  • Full asset production for every campaign type
  • Daily campaign optimisation
  • Priority support
  • 30-day money-back guarantee

Advertising spend paid to Google is separate. Adding Meta Ads costs $149 a month on any plan, plus 5% of combined ad spend above $10,000 a month, and never more than your plan fee. Below $10,000 the 5% is zero, so Starter and Pro accounts pay a flat $149. Any technical setup outside the plan is scoped and approved before it begins. Compare plans side by side.

Thirty days. Every fee back. No argument.

We will not promise you a result — your offer, your market and what happens after the click are not ours to control, and any agency that promises otherwise is guessing. What we will promise is the work: the deliverables in your plan, on the rhythm we set out, in your own ad accounts. If we have not delivered that in the first 30 days, say so and every service fee you have paid comes back.

  • Covers service fees paid to Pop Ads Agency in the first 30 days of a new plan.
  • Advertising spend is not included — that money goes to Meta and Google, not to us, so we cannot refund it.
  • Ask in writing within 30 days of your plan start date. No exit interview, no retention offer.
  • We need account access and creative approvals to do the work, so the guarantee assumes those were provided.

Questions, answered

Decide with the important details in view.

If your account or market needs a more specific answer, bring it to the strategy call.

Ask a specific question
What does the monthly service include?

Account and tracking audit, keyword and search-term research, campaign build across the campaign types in your plan, ad copy and assets, negative keyword management, daily optimisation and reporting. Technical setup outside the plan is confirmed during onboarding.

Is ad spend included?

No. The monthly service fee is paid to Pop Ads Agency; your advertising budget is paid separately to Google from your own payment method. The right starting level depends on your market's click prices, your margin and how many conversions the account needs before decisions can be made responsibly.

Should I run Google or Meta first?

If people already search for what you sell, Google usually pays back faster — the intent is already there and you are competing for it rather than manufacturing it. If almost nobody searches for your category, Meta has to create that demand first. Most accounts end up running both; the order matters more than people expect, and it is the first thing the strategy call settles.

What if my conversion tracking is broken?

We check it before spend rather than discovering it in month three. If it needs fixing and the work falls outside your plan — tag implementation on your site, for example — it is scoped and quoted before anything starts. Running Google Ads on tracking nobody has verified is the most expensive mistake in the channel.

Will you use Performance Max?

Where it fits the objective and the account is ready for it, and with the exclusions and asset discipline that stop it cannibalising your brand searches. Performance Max is included from the Pro plan up. It is a tool, not a strategy, and it is not the right answer for every account.

Will I keep control of the account?

Yes. Campaigns are built and managed inside your own Google Ads account, you approve the approach before launch, and you can adjust budget or pause activity at any time. Access roles and asset ownership are confirmed in the agreement.

Can I cancel at any time?

Plans run month to month and may be cancelled according to the current service terms. In the first 30 days the money-back guarantee applies on top of that. Your billing date and notice period are confirmed in writing before purchase.

Bring your account. Leave knowing where the waste is.

Share enough context for a useful first conversation. If Google Ads is not the right next move, the qualification should make that clear early.

  1. Review

Your offer, your search demand and what a customer is actually worth to you.

  2. Diagnose

Where budget is leaking — wrong terms, weak tracking, or a landing page that undoes the click.

  3. Recommend

A plan and a channel order — or a more suitable next step if advertising is not it yet.
